Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has postponed her upcoming tour in order to give way for a better production.
The tour, which was previously set in April, is being moved to September this year. Her management was quick to make a follow up announcement on Twitter saying, "The tour getting pushed back only means that it'll be way more amazing than it would've been in April." According to Yahoo News, Def Jam Recordings, Azalea's record label, announced that the tour is definitely not ready for April and that the later schedule will enable Azalea's team to be totally prepared.

Azalea has been hounded by controversies over the last few months, noting how she was bullied because of her not so perfect body. She was also the center of attention after she ranted about Papa John's drivers giving away her number to a family member.
Just recently, she had to face the issue about Azealia Banks where the former accused Azalea of imitating African American rappers. Due to the heavy load of such controversies, the Australian rapper decided to take a break from her social media accounts saying, her management will take charge of her twitter account for the moment.
According to NME News, during an interview with Power 106, Azalea explained why she had to quit Twitter for the meantime and expressed her feelings saying, "You feel like it's a personal attack on your character and it's human nature to want to defend yourself, so then you get to defending yourself, which can be misconstrued or read. Then it's on a blog and you get mad at that blog. It's a cycle that I think... you have to get out of the cycle."
She also said that she didn't want her music to be affected by the criticisms so she chooses to stay away.
