Macau's biggest casino tycoon, Alvin Chau, has a reputation for being a womanizer and it's no secret that he generously showers his casual flings and lovers with extravagant gifts. However, Alvin isn't a bachelor. He is a married man whose wife, Heidi Chan is pregnant. But the couple has an arrangement that would be unacceptable for most women. Heidi reportedly accepts his infidelity but remains confident because he is his wife.

When asked about her husband's latest involvement with model Mandy Lieu, she simply commented that it is not uncommon for men to cheat. Mandy, who's recently trying her hand in acting, is one of Alvin's most high-profile mistresses, which was reported to be 6 months pregnant. However, when she was spotted at an airport about 2 weeks ago, she appeared to be much slimmer for someone who is supposed to be on the third trimester of pregnancy, which sparked rumors that she might have suffered a miscarriage. But a new photo of her showcasing her baby bump reveals that she is still very much pregnant.

Mandy, who looked glowing, was seen sporting the $8 million HKD or $1 million USD 3-carat diamond ring and the $356,000 HKD or $46,000 USD Audemars Piguet watch that Alvin reportedly had given her. Aside from that, there have been rumors that Alvin even gave her a house worth millions. 

Alvin may currently be juggling two pregnant women and preparing to become a father, however, it seems like there's nothing that can stop his eyes from wandering.

Singer Pan Rouyi just recently shared a photo of her with Alvin on her social media account, sparking rumors that the young woman is Alvin's new mistress. There have been previous rumors that Pan was intent on seducing Alvin, despite Alvin considering her as only a casual fling.

This is not the first time that Alvin's love life made headlines. The media has always feasted upon his personal life after learning of his romantic relationships with a number of women despite being married. He had been linked to Kibby Lau, Mango Wong, which he gave money to, to allow her to open her own Japanese restaurant, Ellen Chan and Michelle Feng, who he reportedly left some of his multi-million homes with. 

Despite all the women, Heidi manages to stay cool and calm with the whole situation. The executive of Yan Oi Tong continues to stand by her husband's side, often spotted going on family vacations and attending public events together. While she accepts Alvin's flirtatious ways, she says that she is tired of being asked about Alvin's other women. Regarding Alvin's women, she simply said: "I do not need to prove anything to anyone. I am his wife."

She then admitted that she knows about Alvin's love affairs and is okay with it. "It is not uncommon to see men dallying with others, and in regards to [short-term] lovers, there isn't only just one. No matter what, there is only one Mrs. Chau. Everything else is typical family matters. The media has exaggerated them," she said.
