Model Seo Jung Hee courageously stood up to her husband and confessed that she had been living like a hostage while married to the 58-year old former comedian turned pastor Seo Se Won.
Seo Jung Hee, who was married to Seo Se Won for 32 long years, watched as her ex-husband attended the fourth hearing at the Seoul Central District Court. Seo Se Won is charged with domestic violence. News about his violent ways first became public when he attacked Seo Jung Hee at a parking lot, which was all captured on camera. That was the first time when Seo Jung Hee sued her husband.

At the trial, Seo Jung Hee took the witness stand and boldly admitted to everyone the truth about their marriage.
She recounted that she and her husband first met when she was just 19 years old, which then led from one thing to another-without her consent. She found herself married within the next two months and revealed that she, since then, had been living "like a hostage for over 32 years."
Seo Jung Hee continued and shared that she was beat up by Seo Se Won "almost everyday" and was choked where she felt like her eyes and tongue were going to pop out.
She added that she felt extremely threatened during her marriage to Seo Se Won.
As for why she didn't consider a divorce, she said that she thought her husband would drop his violent nature after he became a pastor, however, after becoming one, she revealed that his violence just became worse.
"I was scared of my husband," she said.
The next trial will be held on April 21.
