After photos of Patrick Schwarzenegger doing body shots off of a mysterious bikini-clad babe surfaced, he still vehemently denies cheating on girlfriend, Miley Cyrus.

The 21-year old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, who was spotted embracing the brunette girl, took to Twitter to defend himself and deny the accusations that he was cheating.

The University of Southern California student wrote, "Omg. It's one of my best friends girlfriend..." In another surprising photo taken from his Cabo spring break, the shirtless Patrick was seen linking arms with the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sister.

Patrick, who is currently in a relationship with 22-year old singer-actress Miley, claimed that he was extremely faithful to the "Hannah Montana" star and said that he "would NEVER do anything against my GF...."

He continued to clarify the issue and post a number of tweets, with one tweet explaining that "girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls..."

Meanwhile, Miley chose to stay behind and didn't go with her boyfriend for spring break. The surprising photos from Patrick's tropical vacation surfaced just a few days after his sister Katherine said that Patrick is adorable when he's with Miley. Speaking about her brother's relationship with Miley, she told Extra that she just wants her brother to be happy, adding that "If they're with someone who makes them happy and in a happy healthy relationship then I'm happy."

Miley, however, has been keeping a tight-lip on the rumors, though she posted a series of photos on her Instagram account. One was with a friend with the caption implying that she was stoned and another one with her mom, sipping margaritas.
