Katie Holmes has reportedly been secretly dating Jamie Foxx for the past two years and while they successfully managed to keep their relationship private for this long, it seems like the cat's finally out of the bag.

According to Us Weekly, the 36-year old actress meets Jamie at his 40-acre Los Angeles mansion for dates. The pair spends hours watching movies, enjoys meals created by Jamie's personal chef, swims in the pool, strolls through his avocado orchard and dances to music.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" actor, who's kind of known to be a womanizer, has reportedly swept Katie off her feet. Not only does she grant everything she wants, but she also refers to her as "my girl."

A source told the magazine that Katie loves how Jamie can make her laugh doing his "impressions of just about anyone." However, their real relationship remains uncertain as there seems to be conflicting reports about it. While some say that they are indeed dating, another insider claimed that they only "have a flirty relationship, no strings attached."

Regardless of what the real deal is though, we're just happy that Katie is happy! She is reportedly extremely smitten with Jamie because he is someone she can have fun with and has become the person she can totally trust-things that she weren't able to experience with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.

When the "Dawson's Creek" star leaves L.A. to stay in New York, sources revealed that they text and call each other all the time with Jamie stepping out and saying, "Sorry, my girl is calling," every time Katie rings her up.

Rumors about them dating started when they were spotted getting close and cozy on several occasions in 2013 and 2014. A source close to the couple said that "they have a blast" when they spend time together. And while it's known that Jamie isn't the type of person who wants to settle in a relationship, Katie is said to be cool with that.

Katie, who just recently transferred to a new home in LA, has been spotted by photographers visiting Jamie's house.

Sources said though that shippers should not expect that they would jump into a commitment soon. Not only are they long-time friends, but Jamie has a lot of respect for his friendship with Katie's ex-husband Tom Cruise, whom he worked with in the movie "Collateral." And while Tom had nothing but praises to say about Jamie when he received Jamie's MTV Generation Award for him in 2013, he allegedly isn't happy when he learned about Katie and Jamie's relationship.
