Bruce Jenner has reportedly kept his desire to become a woman for 50 long years. But now and at 65 years old, sources revealed that he is more than ready to finally live his life according to how he wants. However, his decision has allegedly divided his once well-blended family, who have all been unaccepting of his wish to transition.

According to People, Bruce and ex-wife Kris Jenner are no longer speaking to each other while their kids struggle to deal with the reality of his gender change. 

Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian were the last ones among the children to find out, so when Bruce broke the news to them, a source close to the family revealed that they were "hysterical."

Another insider said, "The divorce caused a divide, but Bruce's decision to share his transition has caused an even greater divide."

And while the former Olympian has known for 50 years that deep down he is really a woman, his family is said to be finding it a challenge to accept it. The Kardashian family members are reportedly in denial especially when Bruce started undergoing surgeries and changing her appearance. But among the Kardashians, it is Kris who "couldn't emotionally handle it all when he finally came out with it," the source said.

The family simply thought that he was going through treatments and having surgeries to look and feel young.

In a report by People, Bruce became aware of his desire to become a woman since he was a teenager. Unlike Kris, his ex-wives Linda Thompson and Chrystie Crownover reportedly knew about it when they divorced and were nothing but extremely supportive of him.

Kris, who are no longer on speaking terms with Bruce, were married for 23 years and have two daughters together, 19-year old Kendall and 17-year old Kylie, who are reportedly having a difficult time with his transition. His children from his previous marriages, Brandon, Brody, Cassandra and Burt have been seen spending more time with their dad while Kim, Khloe and Kourtney have gone several weeks without talking to Bruce.
