A mishap in the Cheesecake Factory in Thousands Oaks, California caused Britney Spears to tip the waitress US$ 100. The waitress had served them earlier this week.

Sources say that 32- year- old Spears walked out of the said restaurant without paying. It was not in any way intentional because Spears thought that their bodyguard had already paid their US$ 30 bill. However, the bodyguard left with a doggie bag in hand thinking that Spears already settled their payment.

It was mentioned that the singer felt "horrible" about this incident. She was reportedly dining at The Cheesecake Factory with her boyfriend, David Lucado. They ate an appetizer and a salad in the said restaurant.

It's a good thing that Spears was honest about it or she would have made headlines again with this blunder, with charges filed against her. Britney Spears has been involved in ugly rumors and controversies regarding her behavior in public. Ever since her big comeback in 2008, it has not been a smooth ride for her, however, she managed to make record hits again for the past couple of years.

In another light, Britney has been residing in Las Vegas but it would be ending next year and rumor has it that she is planning to have a baby with David. Spears was reported to have said that she wants to get pregnant as soon as the show in Las Vegas is finished.

Spears has two sons namely Sean and Jayden with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. David seems to be okay with this as it was reported that he has been really good with Britney's kids and has even taken over the role of being a father to them.
