Rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight, involved in a hit and run murder case, was rushed again to the hospital after collapsing in a Los Angeles Court, according to BBC News.

Knight's collapse occurred after the judge ordered that his bail will increase up to US$25 million in a murder case.

The 49 year old rap mogul collapsed and hit his head on the chair he was sitting.

This occurrence will be the fourth time he would be rushed to the hospital by ambulance from the court house.

Matthew Fletcher, his legal representative emphasized the fact that his client hasn't received any medication despite that he is a diabetic and was recently was diagnosed with a blood clot.

Fletcher described the court's bail amount as 'absurd and clearly excessive' but Judge Coen approved the huge amount because Knight already has a robbery case, which is also under bail.

Fletcher claimed that Knight was being held in solitary confinement, prohibiting access to his prescribed medications.

After Knight's arrest, he suffered a series of health problems.

His previous hospitalizations include chest pains and vision problems.

Knight was involved in a hit and run murder case after he allegedly ran down two men after an embroiled argument, with his truck in Los Angeles, while on the set for a commercial of the film, 'Straight Outta Compton'.

55 year old Terry Carter was killed in that incident while the other man Cle Sloan suffered serious injuries.

Though Sloan made a testimony on how he attacked Knight proudly but the rap mogul claims he ran over the two men in self defense.

Knight pleaded not guilty to the charges of attempted murder, murder and hit and run.
