Chinese-Malaysia singer-actress Angelica Lee and her husband, Hong Kong director Oxide Pang, made their first public appearance on March 23 during the 39th Hong Kong International Film Festival, showing their affection for each other despite the latter's second cheating rumors.
Lee seems to be unaffected by the cheating rumors surrounding her director husband as they attended the film festival hand-in-hand on Monday. The couple is said to have attended the event in order to show their support for the world premiere of the new film 'Murmur of the Hearts' by Taiwanese actress-turned-director Sylvia Chang.

Lee and Pang openly showed their affection for each other and held each other's hands throughout the event. The couple also ignored the questions of the media regarding the rumors, which claimed that the director is involved in yet another cheating scandal following his affair with Hong Kong model Liddy Li last year.
Instead, Lee chose to comment about the film. 'Murmur of the Hearts' is the third collaboration Le has had with Chang and expressed that, while making the film, she felt as if she was doing a university project. She referred to her collaboration with the director as an 'examination.'
Lee also talked about her previous projects with Chang and likened them to projects done in primary and secondary school.
As for the rumors about Pang, it has been reported that the director was spotted at a pub in Thailand with an unknown woman. The director was allegedly interacting intimately with said woman, which led to another controversy.
Many have speculated that after being caught red-handed in an affair while still married to Lee, Pang is at it again with cheating on his wife. Many of Lee's supporters have commented that she should divorce the director, however, she has chosen to forgive and take him back.
