Hillary Clinton may have a female rival for the presidency if the former state secretary pushes through with her political plans. Her rival is possibly Carly Fiorina, the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard.
Fiorina said on Sunday that chance of her running for the top post is higher than 90 percent. The news, though, is not earth-shaking since Fiorina has been doing the rounds and delivering speeches in states that hold early primaries.

"We need to make sure we have the right time in place, that we have the right support, that we have the right financial resources lined up, just as all the other candidates have done," Bloomberg quotes Fiorina.
This is not the first time that she has thrown her hat in the political ring. In 2010, she ran and lost against Senator Barbara Boxer by 10 percent. During the campaigns, Boxer questioned Fiorina's competence as HP head since it was during her term that HP laid off thousands of employees, and share price of the company dipped before she was fired.
Fiorina is now using the same competence issue against Clinton, particularly in light of her email issue, saying, "Anyone in 2015 who says you can't have two email accounts on a single device obviously doesn't understand technology."
She defended her term as CEO of HP, saying the value of the company jumped to $88 billion from $44 billion in six years, while cash flow grew four times.
Fiorina cited her experience in the private sector where she climbed the corporate ladder from secretary to CEO of a Fortune 500 company as proof of her deep understanding of the economy, reports CNN.
She insists that Washington needs a strong leader and said she knows how to manage large bureaucracies and has executive decision-making capability.
The former CEO said she will make an announcement if she would run for president in late April or early May.
