After calling it quits with big-time advertising businessman Patt Shum in November of last year, Nancy Wu was said to be extremely devastated that she had to go to New York to move on from the breakup.

However, it seems like the Chinese actress has moved on rather quickly than expected, as recent reports suggest that she has found love with 46-year old music producer Terry Chan.

The alleged couple was spotted going to a musical together, with their arms around each other. After the musical, they were seen returning back to Nancy's apartment and Terry reportedly did not leave until the next day.

Aside from that, the music producer was seen several times entering the security code himself to the actress' apartment, an indication which kind of implicates that he has been spending an awful lot of time at Nancy's place.

Terry might still be relatively unknown to the public, but what many might not know is that Terry is actually already an accomplished and established music producer who has collaborated with seasoned singers including Kelly Chan, Joey Yung and Faye Wong. Reports claim that the pair met on set of "Sze U Tonight" and that Terry has managed to win Nancy over with his fancy cars and by bringing her to fine dining restaurants.

Terry willingly sat down for a phone interview, where he candidly admitted that he indeed visits Nancy at her place and cooks meals for her. However, he made no clarifications about the rumors about them dating. As for the "Triumph in the Skies II" actress, though she didn't deny the rumors, she explained that they are nothing more than friends but made sure to acknowledge that Terry is someone who treats her extremely well.
