Khloe Kardashian has fired back at funny man Jamie Foxx for poking fun at Bruce Jenner when he hosted the iHeartRadio music awards last month.

While delivering his monologue Sunday, the 47-year old actor made fun of the former track and field athlete over the rumors that he's slowly changing himself and transitioning into a woman.

Jamie said, "Bruce Jenner will be here doing some musical performances. He is doing a his and her duet by himself."

He didn't stop there though, he continued and added, addressing Bruce, that he was "busting your balls-while I still can."

Khloe Kardashian, however, spoke up to defend his step dad and ripped the "Annie" star for attempting to gain more publicity at the expense of Bruce.

Describing Jamie's dig at her dad as a low blow and mean, she simply said, "I wish him all the best. It is what it is," the obviously annoyed younger sister of Kim and Kourtney Kardashian told The Insider while attending a beauty event held in Los Angeles last Thursday.

She revealed that she considered it a "really low blow" because she personally knows the actor, "But hey, guess that's what he felt the need to do for a little press," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star added.

Aside from Khloe, many Twitter users also reacted negatively to Jamie's comment, with some accusing him of exhibiting an antagonistic attitude towards transgender or transsexual people.

Famed celebrity blogger Perez Hilton did not hesitate to express his disappointment at iHeartRadio for allowing the actor "to be transphobic" on television, while another viewer tweeted, addressing Jamie, that he's "better than transphobic jokes about #brucejenner."

Jamie has yet to comment on the negative backlash.
