EXO member Huang Zi Tao's ankle leg and ankle injuries are speculated to have gotten worse following the beginning of his group's promotions for their album 'EXODUS'.

In 2014, Huang, who is more popularly known for his stage name Tao, reportedly sustained injuries to his foot while filming 'Laws of the Jungle' overseas which followed another ankle injury during the Idol Star Athletics Championship.

Now, speculations that his previous injuries from last year have worsened due to the rigorous practice and performances of EXO have surfaced along with rumors that he may not be able to join the rest of the group's following promotional activities due to the same reason.

According to media reports, EXO's comeback performance on 'M! Countdown' on April 2 took several takes to make their stage as perfect as possible which could have possibly been tough for Tao who is still recovering from his injuries.

Tao's largest fan base, PreciousTaoBar, also posted a message on Twitter which stated that his injuries have worsened which could possibly lead to his withdrawal from the group's following activities.

Due to these speculations, fans worried over the welfare of the 22-year old Chinese idol.

In their previous press conference held on March 29, Tao himself announced that he will be joining the promotions despite his injuries, but it was also emphasized by his management that it is under the condition that his injuries do not worsen.

However, Tao has taken to Weibo and Instagram to address his fans regarding his real condition. He posted a selfie on Instagram and captioned it, "I will get well soon."

On Weibo, he wrote, "It really hurts but I really want to dance. Today's performance has brought disappointment to many of you. I will be obedient and recuperate."

On the one hand #GetWellSoonTao also started trending worldwide on Twitter as fans showed their support and concern for the idol.
