Members of the United Nations (UN) were set to vote Monday on a draft resolution that states their demands in line with the Malaysian passenger plane crash in Ukraine
Australia Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop expects all 15 members of the UN Security Council to support Australia's draft resolution citing the UN's demands on international access on the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 crash site.

This means that the international leadership will demand full cooperation from pro-Russia separatists in allowing full access to the remnants and surrounding areas of the Malaysia Airlines passenger plane crash site.
The plane carried almost 300 people, 37 of whom are Australian.
The resolution also calls for full cooperation from all neighboring countries in the region, including Russia.
It also demands that the armed group does not disturb the debris, victims' remains and belongings, and stop military activities in the area.
"[The resolution] demands that investigators be given full and unfettered access to the site, to the debris, to the black boxes, to individuals who may be able to shed light on what happened, and that this be done without any interference," Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot stated on Monday.
Abbot told Sydney Radio 2GB that he hoped that the resolution sponsored by Australia, France and Lithuania would be passed unanimously by the U.N. Security Council by Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, Russian diplomats are conducting negotiations with the council on the contents of the final draft of the resolution citing a change of wording in the characterization of the incident which is now dubbed as "downing" of the Malaysia airlines flight, instead of "shooting down."
Moscow continues to deny involvement in the plane crash despite allegations with very detailed evidence revealed by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday, pointing to Ukrainian military for the blame.
Russian President Vladimir Putin requested the pro-Russia rebels in Ukraine to work with an international investigation, stressing that the international community should not leap into conclusions.
