From Australia to Henan, two months to go
The owner of Alpaca, Chen Anyuan, said that these two animals traveled thousands of miles from Australia, "It took two months for them to come to Henan from Australia."
Because it is winter in Australia right now, Chen Anyuan was afraid that the two animals couldn't stand the hot weather in Henan after arrival. They went directly to Inner Mongolia from Australia and had a rest in there for two months. He went to Inner Mongolia to pick them up just a few days ago.
High-level treatment, air-conditioned living room
These animals live in the air conditioning room in Chen Yuan's home as soon as they arrived Anyang. Since the daytime temperature is too high, Chen Yuan only let them out of home after 4:00 in the afternoon everyday.
A few days ago, Chen Anyuan had the hair cut for these two animals, taking off their "coats" and putting on the "T-shirt", "I will send them to the photographic base in mountain area of Linzhou, where the environment is good and the temperature is relatively low." Chen Anyuan said.
Eat simple, but hard to please
Chen Anyuan introduced that they usually eat grass, corn, carrots, and peanuts, which has low feeding costs. "But they are difficult to serve. When I feed them with peanuts, I have to peel peanuts by hand." Chen Yuan said with a smile.
Chen Anyuan said that one of these two animals is male and another one is female, both of who are in the age of 1 year old and a month or so. Although they are very young, they cost a total of RMB 120,000 Yuan. Anyuan also mentioned that the price of animal hair is also very expensive.
Docile temper, get angry sometimes
In terms of the buying reason, Chen Anyuan told reporters that he liked raising animals and felt that alpaca is a mascot. He opened a wedding photography company and thought that taking wedding photography with alpaca would be very creative.
These two animals have brought much joy to the nearby neighbor. Everyday, thousands of people came to Chen Anyuan's company to see alpaca and take photo with them. Chen Anyuan said that although these two animals have tame temper, but they also very naughty sometimes. They will chase people and spit at them when they get angry.
