Following its broadcast, fan-taken videos of the scenes which were not included in the show surfaced online on different file sharing platforms and spread like wildfire among fans before being deleted shortly after they've been uploaded.
The scene that was deemed controversial by the media was during the time a student of said school questioned EXO member Chen if he had really been in a relationship with A-Pink's Bomi.
In the video, it could be seen that Chen did not hear the question properly, but he looked taken aback and surprised when he was asked. Chen looked dumbfounded when he realized what the question was all about.
On the other hand, his fellow member Xiu Min seemed offended by the question as he is seen in the video with a hard expression on his face when the question was asked, prompting fans of the boy group to accuse the students of being too nosey and prying too much into the idol's private life.
During the same event, some students reportedly rudely shouted, "Hey, Chinese!" as they tried to get Chinese member Lay's attention. Furthermore, others continued to bombard the members with questions about where they have gotten plastic surgery, implying that the members have gone under the knife.
In addition, one of the students from the school uploaded a photo of a signed album that the boy group gave to the students and captioned it, "EXO came and gave me some pocket money." Netizens speculated that the student planned to sell the limited edition album.
Since netizens and fans of EXO have spotted the videos, Seoul School of Performing Arts has been receiving harsh comments while others accused the students of being rude towards the idol group.
