Lau Kar Ho and Miu Siu Ching, TVB's former producers who were behind the grand production of the drama 'Heart of Greed', reportedly intend to invite its original cast, which includes Raymond Lam, Louise Lee and Ha Yu, to star in the new drama.
Miu stated that their reason behind wishing to recruit the original cast is because 'Heart of Greed' was received well by viewers and that he and Lau have a good relationship with Lam and the rest. The producer also commended Lam, who left TVB last year.
Furthermore, Miu expressed his wish to recruit Wu and Tsui as well to star in the drama. Miu praised Wu for being a good actress, citing her performance in the drama 'In the Eye of the Beholder', a project he contributed in.
"She is very motivated and I hope to work with her again," says Miu.
In response to the matter, Tsui stated that she is yet to be approached by Now TV and that she has not yet been offered anything. However, she also expressed that she had been happy while working with the former TVB producers in the past.
"My contract with TVB is still some time away," the actress further stated and added that she also wished to work with Miu and Lau in the future.
On the other hand, Wu refused to comment when asked if she wanted to cross over to Now TV after her contract with TVB ends, but she thanked both producers and also stated that she will be happy to work with them again in the future.
