Model-turned-actress Kate Upton had a brief falling out with controversial fashion photographer Terry Richardson in 2012, after he shared to the public a short video of Kate dancing without asking for her permission.

The infamous video featured the busty 22-year old blonde, who was sporting a tiny red bikini, dancing to The Rej3ctz's "Cat Daddy." The clip was said to be shot during her photo session with Terry, as they messed and goofed around on set.

And while Kate, who was 19 years old at the time, was so game to show off her dance moves, she admitted that she never thought that her video would surface, so seeing it posted online by Terry himself made her "horrified." The 49-year old photographer leaked the video to YouTube and even added a slow-mo version.

Furious, Kate said that she confronted Terry about the video and slammed him for being discourteous and for not asking for her approval first.

Recalling the event, she told Vogue UK that she told Terry, "That was so disrespectful, you could have told me!"

Though the video was temporarily deleted from YouTube due to its raciness, that did not stop it from going viral-in fact, it even helped thrust Kate into the limelight.

And now, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model insists that she and Terry have moved on and are good. "Now, obviously, it's fine," she added.

As for Terry, he expressed that he has no plans to apologize for posting the footage, saying that "Kate was born a star."
