Ray J, infamous for making a sex tape with then-girlfiend Kim Kardashian, was charged with 10 criminal misdemeanors on Monday after a drunken night at an upscale Beverly Hills hotel bar May 30 of this year.
The singer allegedly brushed up against a woman's backside. A 911 call was made to report the incident as a case of "sexual battery".

After he was called out and asked to leave, Ray J became increasingly aggressive and stormed out in an alcoholic rampage.
At that time, cops believed that the touching was an accident.
However, when Ray J was at the valet area, he started becoming even more violent and confrontational toward the staff.
The 33-year old rapper persistently refused to calm down and leave. He spat on the police officers at the scene while he was being arrested.
After he was placed inside the cop car, he kicked and shattered the window of the vehicle.
Ray J defended his actions, saying that the reason why he kicked the window was because he was becoming "very claustrophobic" and needed air.
A video taken by TMZ after the incident showed Ray J leaving jail as if nothing happened.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged the rapper with sexual battery, four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery and two counts of vandalism.
After his controversial song, "I Hit It First" about Kardashian, Ray J's new song "ATM" is equally scandalous with lines such as "got her legs open like at ATM." The singer commented, "I've had a lot of legs open like an ATM, but right now I got a girlfriend."
Ray J, whose real name is William Ray Norwood, is singer Brandy's younger brother and was Whitney Houston's boyfriend at the time of her death.
