Korean Actress Jun Ji Hyun has denied reports that she is in conflict with neighbors residing near her residential building that's under construction.
A previous report by dispatch claimed that the "My Sassy Girl" star has been prevented from resuming the construction of her home for almost a year now. She is reportedly having difficulties moving in because of a feud with neighbors over her decision to change her parking lot entrance.

But on April 9, Cultural Depot, Jun's agency, slammed the reports and said that the rumors about the actress feuding with her neighbors, as well as the construction being shot down are totally false.
The agency clarified that Jun is the owner of the land and was neither barred from moving in, nor was the construction ordered suspended. The construction of Jun's new residence is still in the architectural planning stage, and that the old structure that stands on the land is still being demolished, Cultural Depot explained.
As for the cost of the residential building, which reportedly amounts to 7.5 billion won, the agency kept mum, saying that the cost and purpose of the building is the Hallyu star's private business.
The location being referred to is dubbed as the "Beverly Hills" of South Korea, which is home to many famous Korean stars including Kim Nam Joo, Kim Seung Woo, Rain and Song Hye Kyo.
