Ireland Baldwin, 19, Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin's model daughter was reportedly forced by her family to check into the SOBA Recovery Center in Malibu, California, over the weekend.

An insider says that when Ireland was checked in, she was kicking and screaming, apparently not aware that she had a problem and that the family had become very worried for her non-stop partying.

SOBA is a center that specializes in psychological disorders and addiction. According to sources, members of the Baldwin family usually go to SOBA to get sober. "Alcoholism runs in their family," the insider said.

Sources said that Ireland's recent hospitalization for appendicitis and her breakup with long-time girlfriend Angel Haze could be the stressors. She is most likely being treated for substance abuse.

However, another source says that Ireland voluntarily checked in at the facility herself which explains her Tweets that said she was just dealing with some "emotional trauma" and was in need of "intensive therapy."  She also Tweeted that she "needed a breather" and some time to work on herself, adding, "I need to overcome everything that I had been through and rid myself of all the pain I locked away in unreachable places."

A source told Radar that Ireland was accompanied by her mother Kim to check in at the US$20,000 a month facility where, according to previous patients, cell phones with access to the Internet are allowed.  The same day she checked in, Ireland posted an Instagram photo of several books, with some titles reading, "Desperate Voyage" and "The Lonely Sea and Sky."

A couple of days later, Ireland Tweeted a very revealing message: "God... Grant me the serenity tonight."

Ireland's parents have not made a public comment yet.
