Baby preparations are already underway at the hospital where the Royal couple, Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton intend to welcome their second child.
Several parking restrictions have already been set up along the roads outside the St. Mary's Hospital in London, specifically the roads near the private Lindo Wing. The restrictions will be there starting April 15 until April 30.

After a few days, this move will reportedly be followed with media pens that will be installed to block the paparazzi, TV crews and reporters from getting near the hospital. In July of 2013, when their first child, Prince George was born, a lot of reporters were allowed to camp out outside the hospital for days. However, now, palace officials said that they would not be allowing people to populate the area.
If somebody arrives, an official told People that they will be asked to move on.
Broadcast positions and TV crews are expected to set up near the Buckingham Palace later this week, so that they are already ready the moment the news breaks.
Palace officials said at a briefing last April 9 that they will issue their first major news when Kate has already gone into labor.
But for now, they will remain silent until they are able to successfully announce the second child of Prince William and Duchess Kate.
Meanwhile, the Royal couple has been given a 10 percent discount for choosing to give birth at St. Mary's Hospital again. However, the prices of the hospital's services have increased since their last visit, which was when she gave birth to their first son George, July 22, 2013.
The Duchess hopes to deilver her baby next week as she is due on April 25-but only a few babies arrive right on the date they are expected. If the new baby does not arrive on Kate's due date, he or she might be born on April 29, which is the couple's wedding anniversary.
