Hong Kong singer G.E.M. Tang admits to calling TVB actress Myolie Wu 'fat Myolie' and 'cheap' on social media and states that her experiences of being told off by the public is her punishment.
Tang has been criticized many times for her alleged diva behavior. Recently, it was reported that the 22-year old singer was axed from the show 'I Am a Singer 2015' after she refused to change the song she will be performing for the show. Organizers of the show requested for Tang to change her song, but she allegedly refused and dropped out of the show.

However, during a recent interview, Tang talked about the harsh comments being thrown at her and how she even thought of walking out of the limelight to escape them.
Tang was once again subjected under harsh criticism after a netizen revealed that she allegedly used to criticize Hong Kong actress Myolie Wu. The netizen further revealed that Tang called the TVB A-list actress 'fat' and 'cheap'.
Tang admitted to the accusation and explained that when she was still a high school student, she used to criticize Wu. The female recording artist shared that she used to watch the 2006 drama 'To Grow With Love' wherein she played a role alongside TVB actress Linda Chung.
"As I preferred Linda's role more, I scolded her (Wu)," Tang said.
Tang also admitted that when Wu did not win the Best Actress accolade for her role in said drama, she wrote a message on the web which says, "Yes, that fat Myolie did not win!" In her post, the singer also called Wu other names such as cheap, ugly and detestable. She criticized the actress' acting skills and stated that if Wu won then, she would have 'blasted the TV station'.
However, Tang added that whenever she remembers how she is being criticized now, she thinks it's a kind of retribution for how she openly expressed her dislike for Wu.
