According to media reports, the 41-year old rock singer closed a deal with Chinese music company Dachuan Music. The company is said to have invited Lin to go on a 40-day concert tour around China which was scheduled to start on March 7.
However, Lin, along with her crew, expressed their disappointment when they learned that the rest of the tour ended. Lin was only able to perform in 11 stages which were only half of the 21 performances that Dachuan Music promised.
Furthermore, the singer stated that she believes she might have encountered swindlers since she was allegedly forced to cancel her shows because the organizers always showed up late.
According to media reports, Lin missed a train to Xi AN after completing a performance in Chongqing because the staff insisted on taking a detour somewhere in order to pick up their personal belongings.
In her Weibo account, she wrote, "What I missed wasn't a train, but I missed a group of fans who love me."
Lin also posted a message on the social media platform which criticized the organizers. She also demanded a public explanation for the cancellation of the shows she is supposed to perform in.
Chen Xiao Te, a member of her band who also came for the tour also aired grievances on Weibo, stating that Lin and the band did not know where they will perform nor did they have knowledge about where they will stay, and that they were always informed about such matters a day before their shows.
Chen also complained that they took long train rides only to find out that their performances were cancelled. "Worst of all, we have to take on the blame and accusations for the cancellation of the concerts," he wrote.
Dachuan Music has not given any comment about Lin's statement against them.
