Hong Kong actress Cilla Kung gives the wrong impression of getting engaged after she uploaded a photo of a wedding ring on her Instagram account, leading to speculations that she will get married soon.

Kung surprised fans recently when she uploaded a photo of a wedding ring in her personal Instagram account. She then captioned the photo, "I do," which led to rumors that she will be getting married soon.

Many of her followers were shocked and left comments expressing their surprise with some asking if the actress is really getting married. Others, on the one hand, left well-wishes and congratulatory comments on her photo.

The actress was only able to clarify the rumors when the media contacted her about the issue. The actress stated that she is not getting married and explained the circumstances in which she uploaded the photograph. Kung stated that she merely took a photo of the ring which is one of the props in 'Gluttonous Detective' which is a romantic drama series she is currently filming.

The actress stressed that does not have any plans to tie the knot soon and explained that she just posted the photo because she was inspired by the unique way it was presented - poised in an oyster shell like a pearl.

Following the reports, Kung uploaded another photo on Instagram and said, "Thank you for all your well wishes but I'm still single! The ring was a prop used in Gluttonous Detective."

On the other hand, when she was asked if she was dating anyone at the moment, Kung stated that she is seeing someone who is not from the entertainment industry."

The actress stated, "I don't really know how things will go in the future," jokingly adding that she is not ruling out the possibility of having a 'whirlwind marriage'.
