Bruce Jenner speaks for the first time about his transition: 'My whole life has been getting me ready for this.'

In the new teaser for Diane Sawyer's exclusive interview with Bruce Jenner, 65, the voice of the former Olympian is heard over the video saying, "My whole life has been getting ready for this."

The former track star, who is speculated to be transitioning into a woman, is yet to publicly confirm the reports and this may possibly be the subject of Sawyer's two-hour interview to be aired on ABC on Friday, April 24, at 9 p.m. ET.

The voiceover of the teaser for the program, titled, "Bruce Jenner: The Interview" continues with: "the interview, the journey, the decisions, the future" and promises to be "far-ranging and exclusive."

The decathlon gold medalist of the 1976 Olympics in Montreal made headlines in February when he told his family that he is transgender, and they have been supportive of him since.

Bruce, who would also be starring in his own reality TV show about his transition, was seen over the weekend on a motorcycle all covered up in heavy-duty gear.  RadarOnline reports that there have been recent rumors that the ex-athlete has recently undergone breast augmentation surgery.

According to Radar's insider, "Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago."  When asked for comments regarding the report, Bruce's reps have no comment.

Media through the months has recorded the former Olympian's changing appearance -- red-manicured nails, thin eyebrows, fuller lips, smaller nose, longer locks, and wearing a pair of diamond stud earrings.

An insider says Bruce is now ready to make the very big step -- he will be undergoing a sex change surgery by end of May or beginning of June.

According to a Miami-based plastic surgeon, sex-change operations usually take six to eight hours on the table.  It is before this surgery that Bruce will finally speak out to the world about his transition with his interview with Diane Sawyer.
