However, the "Four Five Seconds" singer had a slight edge over his famous wife, scoring one of the weekly news magazine's five covers.

Speaking out about Kanye on his Time 100 profile, Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Space X said that "Kanye West would be the first person to tell you he belongs on this list." His extraordinary tenacity and strong belief in himself is what he says, got the 37-year old rapper, "to where he is today."

While the star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" failed to score one of the five covers dedicated to the list of the most influential people in the world, she still received praise from a fellow businesswoman and TV personality, Martha Stewart.

Raving about the most famous Kardashian, she said, that she exudes sexuality, energy, determination, drama, happiness and impetuousness. However, she added that Kim, as well as the rest of her famous siblings-managed and guided by a very hardworking and savvy matriarch, Kris Jenner-"have also expanded the very definition of family."

Other famous people whose names join the mega couple on the list are Emma Watson, Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Reese Witherspoon, as well as, journalist and host of "Serial," Sarah Koenig.

Like Kanye, Bradley Cooper graces one of Time 100's covers for his "brave, eccentric and breathtakingly diverse performances," including the Clint Eastwood-directed film, "American Sniper."

Writing about Bradley, actor Oliver Platt said that he barely recognized Bradley in the movie about the "most lethal sniper in U.S. history," Chris Kyle because he "emotionally and physically" disappeared.

Others who graced Time 100's covers are Univision host and news anchor Jorge Ramos, 32-year old ballet dancer Misty Copeland, and Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
