Zombie mayhem has just reached its second installment in the Unreal Engine 4 developed game "Dead Island 2" in multiplayer mode. It can be played by eight players that can choose from different character options like the berserker and the hunter, to name a few.

KpopStarz mentioned an expected September date for the fall 2015 launch of Dead Island 2, as confirmed by Deep Silver.

Dead Island 2 was also reportedly going to feature an in-depth system in skills, permitting gamers to make their own heroes and even their own weapons that will explore the game in California.

A trailer companion with Dead Island 2 was recently released to give gamers some idea of what the second installment will look like when they start playing it. Isaac Ashdown, the senior programmer of the European-based game, showed the picture of California if it's invaded by zombies. He said they were satisfied with the trailer's portrayal of the game in an interview done by Red Bull.

Based on the report, news gathered by PlayStation Lifestyle claim Dead Island 2 may be announced in the June 2015 E3 event. Speculations also point out the game may be officially experienced by gamers in September in spite of the information given by the official Twitter account of Dead Island that says the second installment will be due this spring.

IGN also reported gamers will be able to see themselves with their hero characters on California's Golden Gate and in Venice Beach's beachfront boardwalk.

The second installment of Dead Island will be available for playing via Xbox One PS4 and PC.
