In an upcoming "Inside Edition" episode set to air this Thursday, Diane Sawyer interviews Bruce Jenner, with an exclusive talk with Jenner's girlfriend from high school, Michelle Rosenthal, who was also his prom date back at Newtown High School in Connecticut in the 1960s.

Rosenthal admits to Sawyer that she was shocked the 65-year-old "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star is transitioning into a woman. She also openly confessed that never in a million years she would have expected that Jenner would be coming out as transgender.

For this "Inside Edition" episode, Rosenthal also shared old photos of her and Jenner, including their prom photo, where it could be seen that Jenner is all smiles. Other photos include a strong, athletic Jenner in high school, clearly one of the best-looking students.

Rosenthal, now in her 60's, also talked to Saywer about Jenners' old friends, that when it came out in the papers that Jenner was thinking and planning to transition into a female, she thinks everyone was really shocked, not just her.

Jenner's high school sweetheart also shared that she and Jenner were intimate back in high school, and that in their memorable prom date, they danced close, kissed, and that Jenner seemed to enjoy it. She also admitted she feels that he doesn't seem like the same person.

The "Inside Edition" interview was the first time that Rosenthal talked about the former Olympian, who grew out his dark hair and was recently seen with painted nails. Jenner was also recently seen wearing a sports bra under his sweatshirt during a Sunday drive in the Santa Monica mountains on his Harley-Davidson, and was reported to have had a laryngeal shave procedure to flatten out his Adam's Apple. Jenner also reportedly had rhinoplasty to redefine his nose and give it a more feminine form and shape.

Despite Rosenthal's admitted surprise with Jenner's transformation, she wishes him the best in his journey, she told Sawyer. She also told Sawyer that she hopes that Jenner figures out what it is that he would like for his life, and that she hopes he finds happiness.
