Chinese star Aaron Kwok returned on July 22 to Hong Kong after his visit in England. Fans came to see his return to country after promotional events in the UK where he also met the Royal Family.
On his departure to England, Aaron was told about the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 being shot down over Ukraine aerial territory.
He has revealed that the airline he used to travel to the UK took the same route the MH17 Flight took. The singer-actor was quite unhappy and fretful of the turn of events.
He expressed his opinions about the tragedy, saying that the lives on many innocent people cannot be guaranteed anymore.
Despite the news being a frightening one especially so that Aaron Kwok was also taking his flight on that day, he said that the flight 'did not leave a shadow in flying'.
"I'm not too afraid, but now, when I'm on the plane, I would make sure to take the route map," he said.
In lieu to the events, Aaron Kwok hopes that the Malaysian government will investigate the occurrence speedily and efficiently as the public deserves greater transparency, but on the other hand, he feels helpless about it.
Furthermore on his promotions in the UK, the singer-actor was invited to be one of the guests at the Royal Charity Polo Cup where he met members of the British royal family which includes Prince William and Prince Harry. The former world cup soccer player Michael Owen also attended the event.
Recently, rumors about the Duchess of Cambridge surfaced, claiming that she was expecting a second child. When the singer-actor had the chance to meet the Duke of Cambridge himself, he immediately clarified whether the news was true. The prince denied the rumors.
