Pamela Anderson filed for divorce for the second time from producer husband Rick Salomon, but rumors arise that the case is on hold after the couple was seen sharing a sweet kiss.

The 47-year old Playboy model filed the divorce again last July 3 after remarrying the producer January this year. The divorce was filed on grounds of irreconcilable differences, according to documents registered by her legal representative.

Subsequently, her representative released a statement asking the media to "please respect Pamela and her family's privacy during this time."

The filing of the divorce was shortly followed by a Facebook post from Pamela, showing her gazing alone at the beach with the caption "Hope." She was also seen riding solo on a 4^th of July celebration in Malibu.

The documents filed contained a note that says, 'The nature and extent of separate property assets and debts are unknown to Petitioner at the time. Petitioner asks leave of court to amend this Petition when same is ascertained.'

With the couple not wearing their wedding rings anymore, people made conclusions that it was over between them, and the divorce is going to ensue.

But Wednesdays, reports came out that Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon were spotted smooching while they were in Malibu.

Based on pictures taken of the couple, the bombshell seemed comfortable in Rick Salomon's arms. Furthermore, the couple had their wedding rings back on.

Other media outlets predicted that the couple might actually be back together and it was just that Pamela Anderson was teaching her husband a lesson on his recent 'hardcore partying'.

An insider close to both Pam and Rick said that, "Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying. They love each other, but it's always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick."

The insider added, "No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the divorce proceedings.

"As it turns out, Pamela Anderson and husband Rick Salomon are trying to make things work out once more.
