Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has been slammed with a disorderly conduct case. There will definitely be consequences for what he has done but that is yet to be decided as the case has been put on hold while his lawyers work something out for his plea.

He has been very cooperative with regards to the case and he appeared in a New York City court last Thursday. However, he did not stay for long since the attorney and the prosecutor informed the judge they are still looking at possible deals regarding his case.

The case is on hold until 10^th of September in order to settle, if there are any chances of doing so, with the other party outside of court.

He was arrested last month on the 26^th and he was spotted wearing a torn T- shirt when he left jail. Remnants of the arrest were evident with how he looked while leaving.

His arrest was due to him allegedly yelling at the actors on stage. LaBeouf was somewhere in the audience while the performance of "Cabaret" was ongoing at Studio 54. Also, he was reported to have been abusive toward the police. He allegedly yelled and spat at them while he was being arrested.

The criminal complaint filed against LaBeouf left him being arraigned with two counts of trespassing, another two counts of disorderly conduct, and one more count of second degree harassment.

After this incident, the actor has been reported to have begun treatment for alcohol abuse. Sources say that he is dedicated to changing his life and he has implemented a healthy lifestyle.

He has been attending "Alcoholics Anonymous" meetings and is now exercising. He wanted to be sober because he does not want to embarrass himself in front of Brad Pitt for their press tour of the movie "Fury".

His representative says that LaBeouf has not checked in to any rehabilitation facility but he understands that his recent actions are symptoms of larger health problems. He is voluntarily making necessary steps to better himself.
