Looking like he had one too many bacon servings, Kevin Bacon recently tweeted a selfie with a puffed-up face with the cryptic caption, "Greetings from the UK!"
The "Footloose" star has always been in check when it comes to health, always looking great whenever he appears on or off camera. So why the swollen face? Allergies? Bee sting?

He didn't leave out any clues, but Refinery29 was quick to realize it could be mere prosthetics for a projectsince the actor frequently flies back and forth from the UK to film commercials, with his most notable work as a spokesperson for the EE mobile network.
Fans were quick to catch wind of the tweet, with many of them replying in a humorous tone and some wondering what happened.
It should be noted that his FOX TV series has been on the rocks for quite some time now, though it did have some moments during the span of the show. Since this week marks the last call for TV shows in terms of renewals and cancellations, TV by the Numbers created a chart that illustrates the different shows and listed their probability of cancellation or renewals. Among the renewed shows are "Gotham," "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," and the long-running animated cartoon series "The Simpsons."
"The Following" tells the story of an FBI agent and how he follows the methods of a serial killer, who not only is able to communicate with other serial killers in the United States but also has a cult that bids to his every command.
Other FOX shows that weren't so lucky include "Gracepoint," "Mulaney," and the most surprising of all, "The Mindy Project."
Fans of the show will have to wait until FOX releases an official announcement if a fourth season will receive a green light. Until then, they will also have to wait for the season finale, which will air on May 18.
