Universal Parks & Resorts Joins Hands with Nintendo for Video-Game Based Theme Parks

Nintendo fans have a lot to be happy about as the company is now collaborating with Universal Parks & Resorts for some video-game based theme parks. Both the companies released a statement confirming the new collaboration.
Universal Parks & Resorts' officials released a statement which said that their theme parks are known to be innovatively-themed and offers a complete family entertainment package. They are based on popular and imaginative characters using the latest technology available to provide a world-class experience.

On the other hand, Nintendo's officials said that the company has created numerous characters with their own alluring stories. It is said that this is really a great step for all the fans to see the companies collaborating together to bring all these characters to life at the Universal Theme Parks.
The companies declined to comment on which characters would be given due importance in the parks, but they did say that all the Nintendo's popular characters would be accorded due respect, as reported by Huffington Post.
Universal Parks & Resorts already has numerous popular theme parks in Singapore, Orlando, Japan and, of course, Hollywood. They also have numerous rides and parks based on popular characters such as "The Simpsons," "Despicable Me," "Transformers," "Shrek," "Jurassic Park," "Spider-Man" and "Incredible Hulk."
Universal Parks & Resorts had recently also announced its intentions to start a ride with the theme of the "Fast & Furious" films in their Hollywood Park, according to Digital Spy. Recently the seventh installment of the franchise released a tremendous success at the box-office. The eight installment of the "Fast & Furious" movie series is also in the making and it is expected to have a major role for Mr. Invisible.
Universal's Orlando Theme Park already enjoys success with its Harry Potter-themed island, which is the cynosure of all eyes.
