It gives the viewers an ultimate viewing experience without exaggeration.
Though this product can give independent theater houses a run for their money, the company’s new television product costs US$120,000. A television set that is more expensive than a Porsche 911 sports car.
Aside from that, aspiring buyers are required to have enough space to accommodate it. The Smart UN105S9 UHD TV, with its stand, measures 2.5 x 1.46 meters. Also, it will need at least 63 centimeters of space from a wall to give way to its curved screen.
To be familiar with the television’s numerous features and settings, a Samsung expert will visit each customer to demonstrate the product’s capabilities.
It is not the first time Samsung launched a large flat-screen TV with an outrageously-expensive price.
In 2013, the company released the UN110S9, a 110-inch high-definition television at a price of US$150,000.
The company was able to sell 10 Smart UN105S9 UHD TV sets in the Middle East within 24 hours.
Back in June, Samsung also introduced one of the most economical Ultra High-Definition TV in the market. Being sold at US$999.99, the HU6950 measured at 40 inches is currently on sale.
