According to Shenzhen Media on July 2nd, Fu Zhuli comes from Shenzhen. She loves jewelry. She often attends some sorts of jewelry exhibitions or courses about how to appreciate jewelry. On June 23rd, she said "no" to three kilograms of jewelry, which was valued at 200 million RMB. It was the last day of Hong Kong Jewelry Show on June 23rd, and Fu Zhuli came to visit the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Around 5 p.m. after a long and exhausting day, she went to a café nearby to have some coffee and dessert. At the café, she picked up a black handbag accidentally.

"The handbag looks professional. It looks like to be made of elephant skin. And the weight is about 3kg. When I opened the handbag, I was surprised by full of diamonds in it. I can recognize they were all rough diamonds in good quality. It is conservatively estimated the value will be more than 200 million RMB." Fu Zhuli told the journalist.
Fu Zhuli added she was shocked by these priceless diamonds at first sight. Though she usually attends some senior jewelry exhibitions, this is the first time for her to see so many high-quality diamonds. However, the only thought came into Fu Zhuli's mind at that moment is "wait". Therefore, she waited for two hours in the café.
"Until 7 o'clock that night, I saw a foreigner ran into the café. His face was beaded with sweat. Then he ran towards me and stared at the handbag. The foreigner said a lot of words incoherently, and bowed several times. " Fu Zhuli said, "at that moment, I was relieved to give the handbag to its owner."
