Cream BMP Daily, a 'satire' site, recently reported that Meagan Good is going to replace Kerry Washington on the hit TV series 'Scandal' but was later refuted by others, telling that their report is in fact a hoax.

Talks about Meagan Good being casted for the drama 'Scandal' surfaced when the online site posted news that she was going to replace Kerry Washington, the current lead in 'Scandal'.

The post on said website stated that the reason behind the change in cast is that Kerry refuses the pay decrease since the Season 4 ending needed an increase for its production cost.

Sources say that the report given by the site was not true and confirmed that there will be no changes to be done in particularly that of Kerry Washington's character. Meagan Good isn't going to replace the 'Scandal' actress any time soon.

The site also posted that fans of the show are saying they wouldn't support the show anymore if they change the lead actress.

Cream BMP Daily even posted a supposed quote from Shonda Rhimes about Meagan's casting in the drama, allegedly saying that the actress could bring in a larger male audience to the show.

However, with the way the comment was said, it was quite obvious that the online site was just trying to pull a good prank on people.

 'Scandal' supporters who love the drama and the character that Kerry Washington plays in the drama were a little more than upset when the news broke and social networking sites buzzed with people's negative reactions towards it.

After much investigation, they have reported that everything posted on the site regarding the issue is false and Meagan Good is not involved in the drama.

They've also found a disclaimer on the website that says that information posted on the site isn't necessarily 100% fact. The site's stipulation also mentioned that 'it's not news, it's entertainment' and most contents are of the page owner's opinions.
