Review of Game Of Throne’s “Kill The Boy”

The bloodshed 'Game of Thrones' is already on its fifth season, and recently the people have witnessed its fifth episode for this intense season.

The Episode 5 entitled "Kill The Boy" was able to let the viewers witness outstanding bloody scenes and interesting actions. Having said that, Telegraphic critic Charlotte Runcie stated in one of her articles that even though there were marvelous scenes depicted in the episode, she still thinks that the recently released episode was somehow submerged, and the storylines themselves were left hanging. That was Runcie's review for the fifth episode.

Erik Kain of Forbes looks at the season's phase as too quick. For him, "everything seems to be happening so fast." He pointed out that the main reason behind it is that many of the interesting and at the same time integral plots from the book itself were not highlighted as if they were not significant, or they were not found from the season at all.

Now for Charles Poladian of International Business Times, the fifth episode apparently did so much heavy lifting to set up the second half of the season. He said that they still have a lot of time to put focus on Dorne and Arya for the next week.

However, according to Erik Adams of AV Club, this kind of episode "without a sense of urgency would be deadly." For him, the recent episode contains the most integral parade and plans formations.

Now it was the first time of Alyssa Rosenberg of Washington Post to really feel that an episode was off-book. For her, "Kiss The Boy" was not able to manifest most of the important scenes from the book into the series. The series gradually distant the storylines from the entirety of the book to the point that she can no longer predict what is coming in the next episodes.
