President Obama News: 113 Republicans Supporting the Lawsuit Against American President

When Obama announced his decision to ease the deportation laws for immigrants, little did he know that the Republicans would oppose it so massively.
American President Obama's latest move may have led to celebrations amongst the illegal immigrants in the country, but the Republicans have voiced their opinion against his decision. In the detailed decision, Obama eased the deportation rules and even granted work permits to certain immigrant groups. According to The Hill, the decision was met with opposition by 113 republicans. Representatives of twenty five states including Texas, backed the lawsuit being filed against the President. The lawsuit clearly opposes the unilaterality of Obama's decision putting him in a tight spot. Apart from the other republicans, even Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (Va.) are backing the opposition.

While giving the details, these leaders said that Obama's decision could actually disrupt the delicate balance of powers and therefore lead to disastrous sequences. Some time ago, the news was that Congress was aggressively pushing this immigration scheme. As per this policy, the immigrants are to be divided into multiple classes with different set of benefits for each category. However, the classes identified by Homeland security are not in tandem with the requirements of this new scheme. It is this point of difference that emerged as a major bone of contention, forcing the republicans to head to the court of law.
Meanwhile, in other news item carried on The Blaze, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson added that though the illegal immigrants will now get more opportunities to work in the American companies, they would not be eligible for any of the benefits listed under the Obamacare policy. This would clearly shift the bonus on the employer. They could choose to keep an American worker and pay for the health insurance or find someone else and opt for an immigrant to skip the insurance responsibility completely.
