India Rose, the youngest person to be included in the Sunday Times Rich List, was recently revealed to be surprisingly down-to-earth despite being one of the wealthiest people in the country.

The 23-year old granddaughter of a porn baron, India Rose, along with her older sister Fawn, inherited a £454 million (US$711 million) fortune. Though she is richer than the Queen of England, India Rose scoffed at the mention of private jets and chauffeurs.

In an interview with The Evening Standard, the young porn heiress revealed that she neither drives nor has a driver and takes the cabs and the Tubes.

When India Rose was asked if she owns a "PJ," she responded with, "Private jet? I thought you meant pajamas."

India Rose and her sister have 60 acres of real estate under their names and enjoy having breakfast every day at the Soho house, which, she technically owns.

India owes her wealth to her grandfather Paul Raymond, with whom she was extremely close. Raymond built his fortune after he launched the first dancing club featuring topless women, as well as porn magazines in the UK.

Along the way, Raymond, who called himself the "King of Soho," acquired two-thirds of the properties in Soho and built up a sordid business empire, reportedly worth around £650 million.

When the porn baron passed away in 2008, India and her 28-year old sister, received 80 percent of his porn businesses and money. The sisters' mom Debbie Raymond died in 1992 after bingeing on drugs and alcohol, which caused their father Paul to isolate himself.

Before Debbie's death, she was already in charge of some parts of the empire and was relied on to carry Paul's legacy.

Paul Raymond's son Howard only received 20 percent of the fortune due to a falling out he had with the porn baron when he started taking drugs in his youth. Howard's trouble with his father left India Rose and Fawn with the majority of Paul Raymond's porn empire.
