The female burglary suspect who broke into the home of a Long Beach homeowner and was shot to death by the owner was not pregnant, the Los Angeles County coroner's office concluded Friday.
Andrea Miller, 28, reportedly pleaded to homeowner Tom Greer to not open fire claiming she was pregnant. Despite Miller's alleged repeated pleas, Greer shot her at the back twice while she was running away from the house.

Her suspected accomplice, 26-year-old Gus Adams, got away but was later captured.
Upon questioning, Greer claimed he was attacked by the suspects in his home and that he acted in self defense. Long Beach police are still investigating the circumstances of the case.
The shooting sparked an outrage from people nationwide, questioning whether Greer's shooting was justified or not, amid Miller's supposed pregnancy plea.
In a television interview, Greer said the woman shouted, "Don't shoot me!I'm pregnant!I'm going to have a baby!" Greer said he shot her dead anyway. He said she didn't run as fast as her accomplice who got away.
Reports said an official cause of death has yet to be released but investigators will present their report on the case to the district attorney's office which will decide if the shooting was justified.
California law provides that a person can be charged with his or her accomplice's death if it happened during the commission of a crime. Adams faces multiple felony charges including murder, first degree residential burglary, grand theft and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Bail was set at more than US$1million.
Police said Adams and Miller attacked Greer when he caught them burglarizing his home in the upscale neighborhood in the Country Club Drive. Police reported that Greer was repeatedly punched by the two as they slammed him onto the ground.
When Greer produced a 22-caliber handgun, they fled and Greer reportedly chased them and shot Miller twice at the back.
