Rowling is a known supporter of Britain's Labor Party as she donated almost a million pounds to the "No Campaign," where they advocate fighting Scotland from having their independence. The author earned more bashers who would insult her and call her different names like feeding a river of hatred, traitor to Scotland and arhc0 unionist propagandist.
The "Harry Potter" writer was not the type of just taking haters sitting down, she can no longer be deaf of the senseless hate being thrown at her, although, receiving these kind of bashing online is no longer new to her, citing multiple reports.
Jezebel reported that Rowling posted via Twitter, "I feel no responsibility to hush up that kind of behaviour to protect the image of any political party. It isn't always fun being a famous woman on Twitter and I believe in standing up to bullies."
The "Harry Potter" author is not quitting social media even if she is being bashed online, as she also receives a lot of support from her fans. Currently, Rowling is writing the screenplay of the "Harry Potter "spin-off titled "Fantastic and Where to Find them." It was reported by NME that "The Theory of Everything" actor Eddie Redmayne is presently under negotiations to star in the film.
"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is the first of the planned trilogy to be released in 2016.
