Sire Ma broke down during the twenty-minute press release, implying that she has trusted the wrong person and was betrayed by Wang Zi Qi, claiming that she didn't own any of the video contents.
Upon filing the police report regarding the incident, Sire denied having filmed the video herself, countering speculations that she 'directed' the clip on her own.
The actress has spilled that the video scandal was filmed the previous year and denied that she had copies of said clip. She merely gave information that the clip was shot by someone who used to be close to her, but refused to drop names.
"Just as I've said, I blindly trusted the wrong person...I am very foolish. I hope that this incident will make other women aware that they should always protect themselves."
The actress admitted to filming more videos and taking more photos similar to what has been leaked to the media. The actress claimed that she knew who filmed the videos and, but was going to leave the investigation to the police instead of pointing fingers.
However, police investigations have turned to the actress' ex-lover, Wang Zi Qi, suspecting the mainland producer of uploading the video online.
Wang Zi Qi has also released her own statements about the accusations made against her and as opposed to what Sire Ma had said in her previous statement, the producer claimed that shooting the video was the actress' idea.
The producer added that the video was shot at their secret rendezvous in Shanghai when Sire Ma called her to meet up when they were still in a relationship. Furthermore, Wang Zi Qi admitted to having a sex video with the actress and expressed her fear that they might be exposed as well.
Additionally, the producer accused Sire Ma of being a cheating liar who is hiding behind a made-up mask.
While the actress continued to deny Wang's words and defend herself on grounds of mistrust, Sire Ma said she will accept the consequences of her past actions.
