While the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan enjoyed themselves on a Thailand trip, Khloe couldn't take her mind off of her brother Rob who was obviously absent from the vacation.
On the July 27th episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", Khloe brooded, wanting to leave Thailand early because she felt that Rob's current issues and massive weight gain all started when he used to live with Khloe and her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.

While sister Kim was engrossed in taking photo after photo of of sexy selfies for husband Kanye West, Khloe couldn't enjoy herself and felt that none of her family understood the pressure and sadness she was feeling because of Rob.
Khloe's family agreed that she was not to blame and Khloe was incapable of tough love at that time, especially since she was going through personal turmoil in her relationship with Odom as well.
Khloe shared that Rob said that he felt that their former home was "so dark, and it made me do dark things."
"I was not there to protect Rob, I was not even there to protect myself," she added.
A doctor had advised Rob that he was going to go through organ failure if he didn't bring his weight down. After the doctor's warning, mom Kris Jenner talked with her 26-year old son, saying "Your liver is shutting down. This is life-threatening at this point. You can only sustain this level of being unhealthy for so long."
Kim has also been said to have given her brother some tough love, offering help to him which he continues to refuse to take. "We've all been here to offer him help and he won't take it, so I don't have sympathy," she shared.
Despite the constant criticisms Rob receives from family and strangers, he is said to be trying his best to shed off the pounds.
