First 'About Bruce' Episode Shows How Kardashian, Jenner Sisters Reacted to Bruce Jenner's Transition Story

Bruce Jenner's transition news rocked the world over, but there is no doubt that his family, especially his daughters, were some of the most affected by the news.

A few weeks after Jenner publicly proclaimed that he is "for all intents and purposes" a woman, his story is now being told in the eyes of the Kardashian and Jenner sisters through the infamous "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" TV series.

In May 17's episode, the first of two that tackles Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie's reactions to Bruce's news, it was revealed that the youngest Kardashian, Khloe, and the older Jenner, Kendall, had the toughest time getting into grips that Bruce has decided to live like a woman.

The episode also showed the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner, looking absolutely devastated and confused by the whole ordeal. Multiple times during the 42-minute episode, Kris was seen crying and expressing how worried she is for her daughters.

A tearful Kendall was also seen in the show as saying that she does not like it when people, her Olympic Gold Medalist father included, say that Bruce is going to be gone, Time reported.

Time, citing the individual reactions of the sisters, noted that the episode showed the complexity of the coming out process for the individual and his or her family.

In a same-day report, E! News gathered the different social media posts by the Kardashian sisters, as they live-tweeted during the show.

Khloe beamed about how proud she is of Bruce and why her close relationship with Bruce led her to react the strongest among her sisters; Kim, once again, expressed her respect for Bruce's honesty; while Kourtney talked about how she hopes the episode will inspire others.

The next episode of the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" special on Bruce's transition news will air on May 18.
