EXO Member Lay Reveals What He Had To Work Hard On While Filming His First Movie

EXO member Lay, who recently completed the first filming of his first movie, said he had to work hard on his Mandarin while filming the movie.
Lay is playing the lead role in Zhang Ziyi-produced film, with English title "Oh My God." Speaking about his difficulty with the language, the idol said in a Weibo interview taken by a fan, as quoted by Korea Boo, "I think it improved a little but not as much [as it could] because I haven't had time to attend classes."

He also said that he would like to take classes to improve, if he can get time from his busy schedule. While talking about his busy schedule, Korea Boo has quoted him as saying, "... after filming for the movie, another [project] premiered; after it premiered I had to prepare for the new song, return to South Korea to prepare a new music video. ..."
When Lay had begun shooting for "Oh My God," he was quoted by media as saying that he is stressed out because it is his first movie. In addition to the popular EXO member, the movie also stars Chen Dong, Li Xiaolu, Jiang Wen and more actors.
Meanwhile, as Lay mentioned about a music video in his Weibo interview, the fans are speculating that he is likely to shoot a new music video, though SM Entertainment has yet to confirm the news.
As previously reported, Lay has signed on to star in as the new regular member of hugely popular Chinese popular variety show "Go Fighting." Two posters, featuring Lay, was posted on Weibo. It has also been reported that he checked into hospital due to neck injury during the filming of the variety show. The director of the variety has reportedly told Lay's fans that their idol is doing okay now.
