Iggy Azalea is all for plastic surgery. In fact, she boasted about the boob job she got done a year ago, but did that inspire her to get a nose job and a chin implant?

The 24-year old Australian rapper is currently making headlines after she was seen at the recently concluded Billboard Music Awards looking quite different, particularly in the chin area.

She first sparked speculations about getting plastic surgery after sharing a selfie on her Instagram account with the caption, "Loving my new look." One of her 7.1 million followers asked the rapper, "Nose and chin job?" while another commented that she now looks weird.

Though it was obvious that Azalea was referring to her new short hair with the ends dipped in pink, people could not help but notice that there was something different with her look.

A source told Us Weekly that the "Beg For It" singer indeed had a nose augmentation, as well as a chin implant and shared that she, extremely "loves the results!" She went on to explain that Azalea was feeling tremendously insecure about her nose and wanted to take care of it and her chin after she got the boob job.

Azalea first admitted to getting breast enhancement surgery in an interview in the April issue of Vogue magazine. When she was asked about what she would change about herself, she candidly acknowledged she already changed something and said, "Four months ago, I got bigger boobs."

Regardless of her new appearance, last night's Billboard Awards was a big night for the rapper, who performed "Pretty Girls" with pop star Britney Spears, as she took home three awards: "Top Rap Artist," Top Streaming Artist" and "Top Rap Song" for "Fancy."
