China published a new strategy called "Made in China 2025," a vision for the next level of China's economic rise. The plan is China's moving from its simple manufacturing to global prosperity of the country, a wide-ranging prosperity involving new and green energy, e-commerce, space, advancement in the sciences and others. China's all-embracing strategy on manufacturing envisions the country's world prosperity in the future.

According to Reuters, China's strategic plan involves the advancement of industry to move the Chinese economy apart from low-value manufacturing that raised economic rise over the first quarter of the century. Moreover, the plan said that the manufacturing industry of China is big as it helped the country to be able to attain a major nation status, but not that strong.

According to Li Beiguang, MIIT planning division deputy head, innovation is what China envisions in its manufacturing power, Xinhua reported. "There are many criteria to judge whether a country is a manufacturing power or not, including industrial scale, optimized industrial structure, sound quality and efficiency and sustainable development, but the key lies in innovation," Li said.

The "Made in China 2025" strategy, as the document released by the China's cabinet, pointed out the future of China's economic prosperity involving advancement such as the new and green energy, e-commerce, spaceflight, high-speed rail, robotics, materials science, bioengineering, big data and mobile internet. This will be considered a high-value industries according to the document from China's cabinet.

Economist at the Development Research Center Ding Yifan said that the "Made in China 2025" strategy follows the modern economy of the country, Reuters reported. "If China doesn't change and follows the original economic development, growth would definitely have to fall," he said.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the "Made in China 2025" strategy of the country has not yet detailed the implementation of the plan though it can be noted that China is determined to upgrade its economy to a world prosperity.
