This ingenious app can let any user print directly from their smartphones, tablets, laptops and any other device that makes it more efficient and less time consuming as opposed to expensive print servers and drivers.

Employees can print documents through a cloud-based connection without connecting directly to a printer.

The Ricoh App for Google Cloud Print and its web services can be purchased directly from Ricoh. A quick installation is done via a simple operation by a Ricoh technician who will embed a Java applet from a remote management console.

Authorized users granted access via invitation can print directly with their Chrome web browser or any application that is Cloud Print Ready.

Ricoh provides this business-class solution for organizations, non-profits, government agencies and most especially educational systems at a much cost-effective rate. With the advent of cloud-friendly Google Chromebooks, schools can now access more information with the aid of these web services from Ricoh.

Kelly Spaeth, Business Manager at Sea Crest School in Half Moon Bay, California welcomes this cloud-ready app by integrating this Google Cloud Print enabled system where teachers can immediately print their work at any Ricoh MFP.

Matt Sakauchi, Vice President for Technology Marketing at Ricoh Americas Corporation, said Ricoh enables information to become more mobile by removing unnecessary logistical setbacks to make critical business decisions with the help of the company's web services.
