Leave it to Jennifer Aniston to join Instagram for one day and ends up leaving a well-curated feed that is for the social media books.

"Friends" alum Jennifer Aniston recently took over the Instagram account of Living Proof, a hair and beauty product company, and managed to create an artfully curated feed, even managing to post a throwback photo of herself with a friend in long floral dresses and banging locks.

After the company announced that the actress will take over the account, she started things out by posting a picture of an extremely healthy breakfast. She then uploaded a post-barre workout snapshot of her toned feet featuring her dog, which Hello Giggles explained as a great way for Jen to rack up in social media points, addressing the actress directly.

Jennifer Aniston recently became a co-owner of Living Proof and a spokeswoman for one of their hair care products, which explains as to how she got a hold of the social media account of the beauty care company.

After posting a throwback to her 90's hair and getup, she managed to sneak in a photo of a bucket filled with fresh eggs. Pop Sugar explained that this probably came from the chickens that she and fiancé Justin Theroux inherited from the original owners of their Bel Air, California home. The couple has been engaged for three years.

The "Horrible Bosses" actress then ended a day with yet another healthy meal---a scrumptious salad comprised of Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachios.

It is a sad thing that Jennifer Aniston only joined the social media world for one day, using her company's account at that. But one day was all it took for fans to see a day in the life of the well-loved actress, and fans can only hope that she will once again take over the account of her company.
